Stuxnet, the worm that wanted to eat Iran

In June 2010 the worm Stuxnet was discovered. It had managed to infect over 30.000 computers in Iran, being more specific company computers realted with the nuclear industry. Symantec estimates that 60% of the computers infected by Stuxnet, where placed in Iran

According to computer virus' experts, Stuxnet, has been developed to cause a malfunction in the industrial processes of the infected computers. One of the most sophisticated malware ever discovered. Its development  may have taken months at a really high cost. Experts think it is a worm-malware developed by a Government to achieve military objectives.
